Advanced Clinical Practitioners

Merco Medical are proud to present a fantastic new opportunity for experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) looking for their next role in a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team environment.  We’re supporting a Primary Care Network in Milton Keynes that is actively seeking a skilled ACP to help lead and deliver innovative, patient-centred care across three modern, well-equipped GP surgeries. You’ll be a key clinical leader, working alongside GPs, nurses, physician associates, health coaches, and other professionals in an integrated care model. The Role Includes: Autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients Leadership in clinical governance and service delivery Involvement in the continuous development of care pathways Working across three sites: Brooklands, Whitehouse, and Neath Hill What You’ll Need: Current NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent) Independent Prescriber Primary care experience and minor illness management skills Strong communication, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills Flexibility and a team-first attitude Experience with SystemOne is desireable Location Perks: Accessible locations across Milton Keynes Modern, purpose-built facilities with excellent transport links Supportive team culture with strong multi-disciplinary collaboration Benefits Include: NHS Pension (20.6% employer contribution) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata if part-time) Paid indemnity cover Enhanced family leave policies Employee assistance programme (24/7) CPD support and funded training opportunities Cycle to work scheme and more Salary £50,000 – £55,000 DOE If you’re interested or would like more information, please contact Georgia on / (phone number removed).
