Reed have partnered with an international professional services firm, recruiting for a Sustainability Manager in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.
Your role will lead the development and implementation of the firm’s Sustainability strategy across all offices globally.

Day to Day of the role:

Project manage sustainability activities to meet the firm’s sustainability targets and commitments.

Build engagement and embed sustainability practices across the business.

Effectively communicate the sustainability strategy and progress to all stakeholders.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to reduce emissions and environmental impact, and implement improvements and innovations.

Liaise with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations.

Support sustainability committees and champions within the business.

Provide subject matter expertise on sustainability and represent the firm at industry forums and events.

2/3 years+ experience in sustainability and environmental management, ideally within a similar role.

Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight timeframes.

Awareness of the climate change and sustainability agenda and its relevance to the firm.

Experience working globally across multiple locations with stakeholders of varying seniority.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of delivering high levels of client service.

Ability to build strong business relationships and excellent influencing and networking skills.

Experience in employee engagement and communication.

Knowledge and experience in preparing and submitting external sustainability reports.

Strong data analysis and management skills.
