Helene at Amber Mace is working with a client looking for a Senior OHA to take charge of a dedicated OH team based at a client site near Ulverston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong OHA/Senior OHA. Supporting an MDT, you'll be helping shape the team and deliver a high quality service to your clients.
Role:
- Lead the daily clinical service
- Provide guidance, mentorship and oversight
- Support with recruitment and inductions
- Support with clinical performance reviews
