Pub Overview
The Lambs Arms is a wonderful village pub. Star Pubs & Bars are looking for a great food operator to take this site to the next level.
The area
The Lambs Arms is a well-established local pub in the semi-rural village of Crawcrook. Located just from the Main Street, the Lambs Arms has great kerb-appeal thanks to its distinctive red brick and great signage.
The offer
It has a great community food offering and has a deserved reputation for its home-cooked classics and traditional Sunday lunch. The pub also boasts great sports teams including darts, pool and football.
If you’ve benefited from running or owning a pub business, we’d love to hear what experience you can bring.
The right operator for the Lambs Arms will have extensive experience in a similar hospitality business. They will have a clear vision for their food & drinks menu and marketing strategy and can create a memorable experience for their customers.
