What were looking for:

• A natural leader with previous reception or front office management experience in a hotel setting

• Passion for hospitality and a warm, welcoming personality

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills

• Confident with systems, rotas, team training, and guest feedback handling

• Someone who takes pride in being the face of the hotel and ideally knows the local area

• Good Knowledge of the english langauge ( Additional Languages a plus!)
