We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading our kitchen brigade. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative, confident second-in-command with a deep love for quality produce and seasonal Scottish cuisine.

What you’ll do as Sous Chef:

  • Assist the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Maintain high culinary standards and consistency across all dishes
  • Lead and motivate junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service and team morale
  • Help design and deliver seasonal menus, daily specials, and tasting experiences
  • Ensure strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols are upheld
  • Step up to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence

  • A strong background in high-quality kitchens, ideally with Rosette experience
