An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified team manager to work within Cardiff Adult Services. There are Team Manager roles available in the Hospital Service that works with people over the age of eighteen with eligible care and support needs during hospitalisation and discharge.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to actively develop and shape the service alongside the Service Manager to support best practice and to deliver professional and expert services to the citizens of Cardiff.
You will manage a progressive team using a strength based approach to your practice, working with people to promote and maximise independent living.
