Ask Administrator (6 month FTC)
Base Location: Aberdeen
The KPMG Business Services function is a cornerstone of our UK business. Operating from 20 UK locations and sitting with KPMG Central Services we do work that matters.

The Business Support Group (BSG) is part of OEH and you’ll be joining a team that provides vital secretarial and administrative support to KPMG colleagues. Administrative Services KPMG (ASK) forms part of the BSG service offering, with the ASK team providing responsive administrative support and excellent customer service on a variety of tasks and activities, enabling customers to focus on their core business objectives, contributing to the KPMG’s goal of driving growth through operational excellence.
As a key member of the ASK team, you will undertake a range of responsibilities, structured work, activities and project support across our KBS function. This varied experience will provide you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn about the breadth of support that is provided to enable our colleagues and clients to succeed. You will also have opportunities to network with a variety of internal teams and external organisations, extending your skills, knowledge and expertise.
ASK also provides agile support to other areas of KPMG and team members may have opportunities to work outside of their service line for periods of time or transfer to another service line after their initial ASK induction period.

What will you be doing?
Providing excellent customer service and high-level administrative support ensuring quality at all times
Supporting on administrative tasks forming part of the ASK Service Catalogue
Providing agile support across a variety of KBS areas such as People Operations, Finance Operations and Risk Operations
Supporting executive assistant cover and project admin support
Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure expectations and service delivery parameters are met
Organising business travel, accommodation and visa applications
Preparing, amending and producing KPMG branded Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
Providing audio transcription services
Arranging internal and external meetings, book meeting rooms, catering and equipment. Including researching and organising venues and events
Undertake input and management of CRM data
What will you need to do it?
Customer focused with a clear vision of what excellent service looks like
Knowledge of administration support service
Confident negotiation skills, with the ability to set clear and realistic customer expectations
Experience of working in a team environment
Excellent communicator able to build strong and lasting professional relationships
Flexible and easily able to adapt to change and fast paced working environments
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks in accordance with deadlines
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
