Senior Mixologist Ideal Profile:

• Brings a deep understanding of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern mixology trends
• Confident leading a bar team during busy service periods
• Comfortable mentoring junior bartenders and fostering a learning environment
• Passionate about hospitality and consistently delivering standout guest experiences
• Experienced in managing bar stock, prep, and cleanliness to high standards
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing creative ideas

Senior Mixologist Responsibilities:

• Leading the bar team and ensuring smooth service throughout the shift
• Designing and developing new cocktail recipes in line with the venues concept
• Training and motivating junior staff to uphold service standards
• Overseeing stock control, ordering, and bar cleanliness
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests and upselling where appropriate
