JOB ROLE
As a Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in the collection and management of blood samples from healthy volunteer donors. This isn’t your standard Phlebotomist role; you will have much more variation in your work with administrative and client-facing aspects giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships with donors.
ABOUT YOU
- Certification in phlebotomy with proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or research setting.
- Confidence in performing venepuncture and managing samples with accuracy and care.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working with nervous or first-time donors.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
