This is a Full Time vacancy that will close in 3 days at 23:59 BST. We are currently recruiting for a QA Supervisor to join our team at the Ruskington site on a Tuesday to Saturday 6:00-14:00 shift pattern (flexibility is essential to cover afternoon shift if required).
The role is to supervise the site quality assurance team as well as supervising the day-to-day implementation as a part of the QA function. This role will work with the site to ensure compliance with food safety legislation, achieve the highest grade possible in all external audits, increase knowledge of food safety and quality, and also improve ways of working, based on the values of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and People.
- Supervision of the site Quality Assurance team and their personal development plans
- Key contributions to 3-5 business improvement projects per year as agreed with the Technical Manager
- Supervision of the day-to-day implementation of the Food Safety, Quality, Welfare, and specification compliance systems
- Ensuring accurate records are available to report on the site’s Food Safety, Quality, Welfare, and compliance systems
- Input into the ongoing development of the site’s Food Safety, Quality, Welfare, and specification systems
