A growing and well-established Main Contractor, based in the South of the UK, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Surrey. Working in a number of key sectors within the industry, including Commercial, they are well placed to capitalise on their growing reputation. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry.
About the role:
- Maintain key relationships with supply chain, consultants and clients.
- Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets.
- Identify potential disputes in a timely manner.
- Price and effectively agree project variations.
Projects are likely to be largely Commercial / Leisure based projects based in the Surrey area. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a respected Main Contractor and will be allocated major projects due to start imminently.

- The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing Commercial projects.
