I'm currently looking for a T&C Manager for a leading independent financial advice firm to take ownership of the business's training & competence function and support the ongoing development of our Financial Planners, Mortgage Advisers, Employee Benefit Consultants and Appointed Representatives across the group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver training in line with FCA regs
- Monitor Adviser competency under our T&C scheme
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Play a key role in upholding best practice across the business
