One of our clients based in West London requires a brilliant Junior Private P.A. to assist in the smooth running of their business and private lives.

\\nWorking predominantly from a fairly small, fun, lively office in Notting Hill, this role will include:

- Calendar management
- Arranging travel – both business and personal
- Responding to and managing emails
- Writing articles and posts for LinkedIn
- Organising lunches/dinners/meetings – both business and personal
- Responding to investment enquiries
- Booking personal appointments
- Running errands eg collecting dry cleaning, sometimes picking children up from school etc
- Managing rotas and hours for nannies
- Online shopping

Requirements

- \\n\\t
- The ideal candidate will be very tech-savvy, confident using social media and AI
- The right attitude will be super important – you must be keen to learn, hungry for success, solution-focused. You will have lots of initiative and a positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Good attention to detail and first class communication skills are very important, along with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Experience as a Private P.A. is essential
- Experience in the health care/care home sector would be advantageous

This role can be either full time (approx 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday), or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week).
