A leading Energy company is looking for a Senior Technical Specialist EBS DBA to work on partnering with their customers Below are the job specs for your reference: Position : Senior Technical Specialist – EBS DBA Location : Reading/Havant, England Mode of working: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Duration : 3 months Contract+ possibility of extension Overview : Our EBS Database Support team is primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle databases and technical stack that underpin SSE\’s Oracle E-business Suite applications Responsibilty : Expert of Oracle EBS R12.2 application administration, including installation, configuration, cloning, and upgrades, using Oracle EBS Applications DBA (AD) utilities and other tools to apply patches and system updates. Knowledge of the multi-node EBS environments to administer Concurrent Managers, Parallel Concurrent Processing, and troubleshooting Workflow Mailer/Notification issues. Need to carry database administration, maintenance, security implementation, upgrade and patching, database performance tuning, sizing and capacity planning, database backup and recovery Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OIC and Autonomous database management advantageous.
