Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building relationships and generating leads? We're looking for a Lead Generation Consultant to join our client's commercial insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a B2B environment, helping businesses connect with the right insurance solutions.

As a Lead Generation Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the growth of the business by sourcing, qualifying and booking meetings for our experienced Account Handlers, who manage the full insurance sales process. Your job is to open the door; their job is to close it.

About the Role

Working as part of our commercial insurance team, your responsibilities as a Lead Generation Consultant will include:

  • Identifying and researching prospective commercial clients across multiple sectors
  • Making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to generate qualified leads
  • Booking high-quality appointments for Account Handlers to complete the insurance sales process
  • Understanding business needs to ensure leads are warm and relevant
  • Logging all interactions and updates in our CRM system accurately
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion
  • Keeping up-to-date with our range of commercial insurance products and target industries

This is a fast-paced, B2B role that requires resilience, a professional telephone manner and a results-driven mindset.

About You

The ideal Lead Generation Consultant will have:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or telesales (ideally B2B)
  • A background or understanding of commercial insurance is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner
  • Target-driven approach with the ability to meet KPIs
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams)
  • A collaborative attitude; team success is just as important as individual wins
