My client is on the lookout for a Reliability Engineer to provide high-quality, engineering support, focusing on reliability and continuous improvement of all site assets. Your role: * Data analysis of engineering captured data to identify worse performing areas. * Data analysis of operational captured data to identify worse performing areas. * Root cause analysis activities conducted routinely to identify possible causes of failure and implement corrective actions. * Improvement projects identified and implemented based on performance and root cause activities undertaken. * Improvement projects to be validated through operational excellence & finance where possible. * Creation and Annual review of condition-based monitoring initiatives agreed by engineering management team. * Act as a mentor to engineering apprentices, holding regular 1-2-1 reviews and documenting progression. * Act as 2nd in command to engineering team leader, performing all aspects of the role when required. What they are Looking For: * Technical Hands-On Engineering Experience, preferably through recognised time-served apprenticeship within food manufacturing * Technical qualifications and competence in mechanical/electrical * BTEC Engineering certificate/equivalent qualification * Broad Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical & PLC/Inverter Assets * Skills and capability to logically diagnose and fault find on a variety of equipment/situations. * Experience of Root cause analysis activities What you will get in return: * Competitive Salary * Generous Holiday Entitlement * Company Pension Scheme * Life Assurance * Family-Friendly Policies * Career Growth & Development Opportunities
