Job Description
- Outbound lead qualification & registration
- Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders on a regular basis
- Handling all customer interaction in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
- Understanding the customer requirements, ability to give product advice
- Advising customers on the best services available
- Build rapport with the customers
- Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
- Contributing to the overall performance of the team
- Deliver and maintain both individual and team targets
Qualifications
- Experience of the automotive industry ideally related to parts, products and product catalogues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
- Proven record of providing internal and external customer service
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Team Player
- Technically savvy – a good understanding of the internet and smartphones and applications would be an advantage
- IT literate and good PC skills
- The commitment to work towards individual and team goals
