I am looking for a Personal Assistant to work along side a Headteacher at an independent school that is dedicated to inspiring pupils and staff alike, nurturing ambition, independence, and confidence.
About the Role
As the Personal Assistant to the Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Head’s office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Head of School’s diary, correspondence, and meetings.
- Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and communications to the highest standard.
- Liaising with staff, parents, governors, and external partners.
- Providing administrative support for key school initiatives and events.
- You will also undertake adhoc HR tasks for members of staff within the school.
