What you’ll be doing: The Proposition Manager will be directed to work on strategic initiatives and is responsible for turning high level objectives and concepts into comprehensive, well-articulated business requirements and business cases that they then have approved and help deliver. The Proposition Manager acts as the business lead on projects to develop, deliver and bring to market compliant propositions that meet customer needs and achieve their anticipated business benefits. This role requires the Proposition Manager to identify and evaluate tactical improvements to the proposition - documenting ideas, defining proposals, requirements and creating proposition business cases to justify their development.
- Generating, evaluating and prioritising ideas through researching customer needs and engaging with Marketing Insight to analyse customer needs and competitors.
