Job Description:
Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Food & Beverages Sourcing Manager to join a prestigious multi-billion-pound FMCG firm. This role offers a package of £55,000 – £65,000 plus a 20% bonus, with hybrid working arrangements across London, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey.
The successful candidate will develop procurement strategies, manage beverage projects, and foster relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value, cost savings, and mitigate supply chain risks. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced procurement professionals with a background in food & beverages to advance their careers within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients to achieve cost savings.
- Create sourcing strategies and identify market opportunities.
- Plan strategies for upcoming projects and market changes.
- Mentor and monitor buyers to ensure successful sourcing outcomes.
- Assess commodity risks and monitor market trends.
- Ensure sustainable sourcing and compliance with contracts and frameworks.
Required Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen and procurement experience within Food & Beverages, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Experience specifically in Food & Beverages procurement.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to achieve cost savings in volatile markets.
- Experience in running tenders at a strategic level.
- Proactive attitude and mentoring skills.
