We are seeking seasoned Project Management Analysts to support our clients’ Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Integration team across the EMEA region. This is a 12-month contract opportunity ideal for professionals with a proven track record in project management, M&A integration, and stakeholder engagement within legal or corporate environments.

As a Project Management Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the integration of M&A activities, with a strong focus on legal function deliverables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Drive and manage integration efforts to ensure timely delivery of legal tasks and commitments.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Develop and maintain systems to monitor progress, follow up on actions, and ensure accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between Legal and other departments to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project materials including status reports, risk logs, and action trackers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and dependencies related to legal integration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure their needs are addressed.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to integration processes for increased efficiency.

About You

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management and M&A integrations, preferably in a professional services firm, law firm, or corporate legal department.
  • Proven track record supporting corporate transactions, M&A activities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and teams is a plus.
