Contracts Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager with 5 years\’ experience to join a well-established scaffolding services provider.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits, hybrid working options, and a starting salary of £65,000.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be managing end-to-end contract processes, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, and risks are effectively mitigated.

You will be responsible for:

1. Leading the negotiation and administration of contracts across multiple projects.
2. Managing compliance and ensuring adherence to legal and contractual requirements.
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Contracts Manager, Contracts Supervisor, Contracts Lead, Commercial Manager, Commercial Controller, Project Manager, Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
2. At least 5 years\’ experience in contract management.
3. Skilled in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance.
4. Strong understanding of risk assessment.
5. Excellent project management skills.
