Base salary of up to £34,000. Additional efficiency bonus of up to £39,000. Career Opportunity in a manufacturer owned dealership. Additional £91 per month salary uplift for MOT qualified technicians.

Vehicle Technician Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our workshop team. An exciting new opportunity has come up here at our Croydon dealership as we’re on the lookout for a Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Vehicle Technician you will service and repair vehicles including performing basic diagnostics. We believe in developing YOU, providing a supportive and engaging place to work and offering training opportunities that keep you up to date with all the latest technologies to progress your career with us.
A Vehicle Technician will also:
- Ensure Quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time.
- Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities.
- Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
- Develop your skills & knowledge via regular training.
- Maintain a clean & safe work bay.
- Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards.
Let’s Work together
We are looking for a vehicle technician, service technician, auto-mechanic or mechanic. It would be a big plus if you have experience on Stellantis brand products (like Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo). If you don’t have the experience but have a strong interest to learn, we are still interested to speak with you! At a minimum, you will need an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2. If you have the qualifications but have no work experience yet please do get in touch - we have opportunities available.
