The agency is now looking for a strategic and creative Organic Social Lead to join the growing agency. The role is perfect for someone who is passionate about organic social, audience engagement and brand storytelling, whilst also being an inspiring leader.
In this role, you will oversee and manage a team of Social Media Managers, ensuring they deliver best-in-class organic social campaigns that drive engagement, reach and brand impact for clients. You will be responsible for shaping organic social strategies, pushing creative boundaries and ensuring the agency stays ahead of the latest trends and platform updates. This is a leadership role, so you will not only be managing client campaigns but also driving innovation, thought leadership and team development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and overseeing organic social strategies that drive brand growth and audience engagement.
- Staying ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to continually evolve our organic social offering.
- Identifying new content opportunities for clients, from emerging formats to cultural trends.
- Working closely with creative, paid, and influencer teams to create integrated social strategies.
- Working with the Social Creative Director to oversee the creation of standout social content, leading production and studio outputs.
- Developing and overseeing content calendars incorporating product launches, BAU partnerships and more.
Team leadership and development:
- Overseeing multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns align with their brand goals and audience needs.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Ensuring content is engaging, platform-optimized, and aligned with social media trends.
- Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver thumb-stopping content.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in organic social media marketing – ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong leadership skills – experience managing and mentoring social teams.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
- Creative and strategic mindset – ability to bring fresh ideas to organic social strategies.
- Ability to present ideas, report on performance, and build strong relationships.
- Passion for social media trends and innovation – always looking for new ways to push boundaries.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus!)
