Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for fleet management? We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Co-ordinator to handle essential tasks for our fleet of 420 vehicles. This role offers a unique opportunity to ensure that all vehicles are compliant, efficiently managed, and always in top working condition.
Key Responsibilities:- PCN & Fines Management: Handle Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) and fines, ensuring they are processed accurately and promptly.
- License Management: Oversee driver license verification and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Compliance Letters: Draft and send Letters of Complaint to drivers regarding speeding, vehicle issues, or any non-compliance.
- Fleet Operations: Coordinate the collection and drop-off of vehicles as needed to ensure compliance and vehicle readiness.
- Road Awareness: Must be happy to drive when needed to go out on the road to inspect, pick up, or drop off vehicles, maintaining our fleet's high standards and legal compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working on-site and going out on the road when needed.
- Prior experience in fleet management is a plus.
