The Company: Our client is a well established, fast paced fashion supplier looking to recruit a dynamic Trainee Sales Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with existing brand partners ensuring their customers remains a leading destination for fashion. The role is fast-paced, commercial, and requires a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand brand portfolio across fashion categories, including Ladies, Men’s and Children’s fashion.
- Attending meetings with Buyers across all group Brands.
- Monitor fashion trends and identify gaps in the current offering to inform sales strategies.
- Liaise with onboarding and account management teams to ensure smooth transitions for new partners from sign-up to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable sales processes and support marketplace growth, working with Account Managers, Designers and Merchandisers.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights to improve future strategies.
- Manage all related Sales Administration.
- Working to incentivised targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the fashion retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both written and verbal.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant sales tools.
