Key Responsibilities:

- Variance Tracking: Analyse monthly discrepancies, providing detailed reports and forecasts while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment.
- Performance Insights: Deliver monthly presentations on financial outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all financial communications.
- Budget Management: Facilitate monthly review sessions with department heads, acting as the primary resource for budget oversight and grant management.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert financial advice and identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
- Budget Development: Spearhead the annual budgeting process in partnership with operational leaders, particularly for programs funded by external donors.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Relevant financial qualification (such as ACCA/ACA/CCAB/CIMA) with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner role.
- Proven track record in managing and monitoring budgets across multiple sites.
- Familiarity with financial systems.
- Strong understanding of current accounting standards.
- Proficient in handling large datasets in Microsoft Excel.
