The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Who are we? As a charity that has been operating for over 50 years, our health, safety and facilities offering has more than doubled in size to help maintain the safe operations for all of our services including Portfield School, Futures 18-25, Adult Services and our charity hub. Our team plays a vital part to ensure the services are secure and protected for the people we support enabling them to thrive. We are recruiting for a Health, Safety and Facilities Coordinator to join us on a full time basis.

A day in the life of Health, Safety and Facilities would include:

  • Coordinating the helpdesk work orders and instructing timelines for work to commence
  • Generating works progress reports and costing
  • Scheduling maintenance activities for the in house engineers and contractors
  • Ensuring workplace safety through the charity such as safe exits and conditions
  • Acting as COSHH Assessor
  • Managing contractual KPI's and service level agreements with suppliers
  • Supporting RIDDOR reporting
  • Monitoring accident and incident data
  • Re-stocking all emergency equipment such as first aid kits, extinguishers, PPE

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working with facilities management software such as CAFM
  • ISOH or equivalent health and safety certification
  • Strong user of Microsoft Excel to report and input data
