Location: Pershore
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor to lead our busy logistics team in Pershore! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running like clockwork, this role is for you.

Your Day-to-Day:
Oversee and coordinate daily transport team activities
Keep everything safe, compliant, and efficient
Support and train staff to achieve top performance
Tackle issues on the go and keep schedules on track
Communicate with clients and departments to ensure seamless operations

What You Bring:
Previous experience in transport/logistics supervision
Confident leadership and strong team management
Sharp problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of transport regulations and compliance laws
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Supervisory or team leadership background
Familiarity with general haulage or pallet networks
