Selling direct to their customers via their ecommerce platform, products are also available on platforms including TikTok Shop. What will you do as an Operations Executive?
- Oversee day to day fulfilment and stock management across all sales channels
- Maintain relationships with 3PL partners ensuring seamless processes for customers
- Become point of contact for suppliers and any supply chain or product enquiries
- Manage the backend of TikTok Shop ensuring varied product selection for customers
- Work alongside the ops director on NPD, S&OP meeting reports and special projects
- Responsible for customer service enquiries relating to returns, refunds or any order issues
What do you need as an Operations Executive?
- Previous experience within an operations role ideally within a consumer goods brand
- Worked with 3PL warehouse partners and suppliers overseeing order fulfilment
- Competent working with Excel and other ERP systems as well as Shopify
- Keen to add to skillset and take on extra responsibilities
- Happy working within a fast-paced SME brand and getting hands on within the role
