About the Role

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Labourer to join our team on a busy new build construction site in Southam. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting project and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• General site clearance and keeping work areas tidy.
• Assisting tradespeople with materials and tasks as needed.
• Unloading and moving deliveries around the site.
• Ensuring all site safety regulations are followed.
• Performing other general labour duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Previous experience as a labourer on a construction site (preferred).
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Hard-working, reliable, and punctual.
• Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
