Are you passionate about Learning and Development and looking for a varied, hands-on role in a purpose-driven organisation? We’re working with a well-established and respected company within the transport and infrastructure sector to find a skilled L&D Coordinator to support and develop their learning offering across the business.
About the Role:- Coordinate the delivery of learning programmes, from logistics to evaluation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and support development needs
- Act as a super user for the Learning Management System and support the rollout of a new Learning Experience Platform and Career Development module
- Work closely with external suppliers and training partners
- Contribute to early careers initiatives including graduate and student placement programmes
- Support wider HR and Talent projects including EDI strategy delivery, onboarding and performance management processes
- Previous experience in a learning and development role, ideally with experience coordinating training activities
- Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the business
- Confidence with systems and data – including reporting and interpreting insights
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and customer service
- CIPD qualification (or similar) would be a bonus, but not essential
- 12 month fixed-term contract
- £44,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on experience)
