Cobalt is partnering with a market-leading Proptech provider to find individuals with a strong technical aptitude and a customer-focused approach for their Global Solutions Team. They are seeking Technical Account Managers to provide essential support for a range of innovative real estate software solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, helping to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across the company's product suite. You will work directly with clients to ensure successful product implementations and upgrades, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
