Stanton House is working with a multinational Plc who are looking for a Training Manager to support a major SAP S/4Hana implementation.
Role Purpose: The Training Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the training strategy to support the successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system. This role ensures that all users across the organisation receive timely, effective, and relevant training to use the new system proficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and own the ERP training strategy aligned with programme timelines and change management plans.
- Conduct training needs analysis across business units and user groups.
- Develop a detailed training plan, including modalities (in-person, virtual, e-learning) and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with ERP functional leads, business SMEs, and vendors to develop role-based training materials and documentation.
- Oversee the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions to end-users, super users, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for training-related queries across the organisation.
Required skill and experience:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale training programs, ideally for ERP or enterprise-wide systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple training streams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
