Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee properties at Sandringham Court in Bournemouth. With a proactive attitude, you\’ll manage your workload independently.

This role involves supporting residents in maintaining well-being and independence, working alone but with support from regional management and a training team.

You will be responsible for managing building maintenance, organizing repairs, and overseeing contractors for cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.

Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with residents, contractors, and clients, especially given the age group of residents (typically 60+). You will handle resident inquiries, complaints, and property modifications empathetically.

A good understanding of IT, including Outlook and Word, is necessary for this role.
