Site Manager (278 Works/Externals)

My client is a main contractor who are seeking a freelance site/project manager for a period of 12-15 weeks. They are looking for a Project lead individual to assist with the completion of an industrial project. If your experience is primarily on internal fit out please, respectfully do not apply for the role. Scope of Works My client has already built an industrial unit which has some completion works to take care of. * This is a client facing role * Works primarily consist of 278 works and Bellmouths, Telescopic sliding gates, 1800m Concrete Slabs Requirements * Available to start on Monday 12th May * Interview will take place on MS Teams week commencing 5th May via MS Teams * Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Rate £320-£340pd – CIS Umbrella
