Robert Half has partnered exclusively with a company in the Healthcare industry who are recruiting for an IT Business Analyst for a 12 month FTC contract. This is to support the smooth transition of IT systems and services and to support future acquisitions across the UK.
Please note this role will be based on-site once a week in Wimbledon and occasional travel to their Wiltshire office.
The Role
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business & technical requirements
- Document functional and non-functional requirements in clear known structured formats and standards
- Develop user stories, process flows, data flows and system diagrams
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Analyse business processes and recommend technical solutions
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for 3rd parties, in-house teams and business partners.
About You
- Proven experience in IT industry, supporting technical changes
- Understanding of mergers and acquisitions within an IT scope
- Good understanding of healthcare market, clinical services
- Understanding of project management and SDLC methodologies
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, paying up to £60,000. There will be the need to visit client site once a week in Wimbledon and Swindon. Travel expenses will be covered.
