Reporting into the Business Development team based in the UK, the Professional Services Engineer – Training Lead will have ownership for all aspects of customer training (remote and in-person) as well as supporting customer acceptance tests. The role requires close working relationships with peers in Sales, Global Services, and Business Development. Delivery of these services requires a commitment to national and international travel as required, including occasional visits to our site in Paignton.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field; or equivalent work-related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience with PNT/GNSS technologies including test methodology and analysis skills
- Scripting/Programming knowledge preferably with Python/C++ and MatLab is a plus
- Demonstratable technical communication skills, with the ability to explain and present solutions, concepts, and their benefits.
- Skilled in crafting engaging presentations and delivering complex technical concepts with clarity and impact.
- Proven ability to engage and connect with clients, delivering exceptional customer-facing experiences that build strong relationships.
- Experience using GNSS simulation equipment and/or GNSS receivers is a plus
- Familiarity with PNT technologies (e.g., IMUs, GNSS vulnerabilities) is an advantage.
- Excellent English skills; second language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
