Currently I am looking for a Head Chef for an immediate start and paying a salary up to £50,000 per year plus bonuses. Our client, a well-established Gastro Pub, is now opening a new operation and is keen to employ a Head Chef with:

  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to build a strong team
  • Good knowledge of health & hygiene, allergens, margins, and supplier management
  • Knowledge of seasonal produce
  • Deep knowledge of regional European cuisine
  • Open grill skills as they cook over fire
  • Experience in curing, smoking, and pastry

This is a great opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves. The ideal Head Chef will work 7 shifts per week, 45/48 hours per week, and the position is for an immediate start. The Head Chef will receive:

  • Depending on experience, a basic annual salary up to £50,000
  • Generous bonus scheme to be discussed at the interview stage
