We’re on the lookout for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing team in Reading as Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants. If you’ve got the right attitude and hunger to succeed, we’ll give you all the tools, training, and support you need to build a career in one of the UK’s most in-demand industries.
What’s the Role?
- Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Source, screen and interview candidates for IT roles
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Hit targets and earn uncapped commission along the way!

- Recent college or sixth form leaver (A-Levels, BTECs, or similar)
- Confident communicator with great people skills
