About the Mortgage and Protection Broker Role
- Managing and growing your portfolio of clients using your existing network of leads or referrals
- Attending site visits and launches across London on a rotational Saturday basis
- Advising on Shared Ownership mortgages

The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package
- Base salary of £30k
- 20% commission for £5k-£15k in business, rising to 30% for business over £15k
- Site visit Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rotation with a day off in lieu
- Remote / Site Based
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Mortgage and Protection Broker Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Broker
- Experience with Shared Ownership Mortgages
- A network of your own leads, introducers, or client referrals is desirable not essential
- Ability to travel across London for site visits and launches
- Comfortable and confident generating continuous business from existing relationships
- Hungry for success, motivated by commission, and driven to go the extra mile
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
