This North Finchley-based brokerage is flying. Financials are up, the pipeline is healthy, and the leads are plentiful. With a strong reputation in Residential mortgages and a growing foothold in Specialist Lending, they’ve built a trusted client base and a tight-knit, collaborative team culture.

You’ll join as an experienced Mortgage Broker focused on retention and relationship management. The client bank is yours — 700 clients, warm leads, and repeat business. Residential mortgages will be your bread and butter, with the option to expand into Specialist Lending (full training provided). You’ll benefit from a brand-new CRM, dedicated admin support, and remote IT to keep things slick and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on Residential mortgages across the Whole of Market
  • Retain and nurture a large existing client base
  • Write £150k+ in business from an inherited client book
  • Cross-sell protection and refer leads internally across business arms
  • Embrace a hybrid working model - 4 days office / 1 from home
  • Deliver exceptional service while growing your professional profile
Package & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: £32,000+ (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Commission: Tiered up to 20% - No Validation

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Whole of Market Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker
  • Experience writing residential mortgage business from existing clients
  • Knowledge or willingness to train in Specialist Lending (Bridging, BTL, etc.) Desirable
  • Confident, professional communicator who builds rapport easily
  • Ambitious with a strong work ethic and desire to progress
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients
