Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Collaboration: Lead design reviews, stay in regular contact, and support testing to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Testing & Commissioning: Produce test documentation, run Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and travel to site for setup and commissioning.
- Lifecycle Support: Work with ILS engineers to deliver clear support materials and help create effective training content.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors to ensure quality, consistency, and seamless integration of outsourced work.
