About the Role
My client is seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to oversee soft services and facilities operations at a large corporate/manufacturing site in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities & Soft Services Management β Oversee cleaning, security, catering, and other soft FM services.
- Contractor & Scheduling Management β Plan and coordinate external contractors for maintenance and workplace services.
- Help Desk & Issue Resolution β Manage the facilities help desk, ensuring quick response times and effective problem-solving.
