Salary: Β£40,000 per annum

About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to oversee soft services and facilities operations at a large corporate/manufacturing site in Portsmouth. This role is key to ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace, delivering high-quality services that enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities & Soft Services Management – Oversee cleaning, security, catering, and other soft FM services.
  • Contractor & Scheduling Management – Plan and coordinate external contractors for maintenance and workplace services.
  • Help Desk & Issue Resolution – Manage the facilities help desk, ensuring quick response times and effective problem-solving.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure the site adheres to safety regulations and best practices.
  • Workplace Efficiency – Monitor service performance, budgets, and identify improvements to enhance workplace operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Facilities Management (FM) experience, with a focus on soft services.
  • Strong contractor scheduling and help desk management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
