Employment Lawyer – 2 to 5 Years\’ PQE Are you an Employment Lawyer with 2 to 5 years\’ PQE looking for an exciting opportunity in Aberdeen? The team is known for delivering strategic, pragmatic legal advice and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Offer strategic employment law advice and manage complex employment tribunal claims Handle cross-border issues, restructuring, redundancy and senior-level grievances, including discrimination and whistleblowing complaints Advise on executive-level employment matters such as recruitment, termination, compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants Engage in high-value and High Court litigation Support clients in M&A and outsourcing projects Requirements: Minimum of 2 years\’ experience in employment law within a commercial practice<…
