A water sector leading solutions provider is seeking a Design Manager to join their Engineering team, based at their Exeter or Bristol offices, with hybrid working available. In the Design Manager role, you will lead projects through their design phases, ensuring cost-effective, technically compliant, and buildable solutions are delivered in line with stakeholder requirements, project timelines, and engineering procedures. Key Responsibilities: Design Manager Promote excellence in Health & Safety (H&S) in design, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and legislation. Identify and manage H&S hazards, ensuring that all residual risks are effectively communicated to stakeholders. Lead the Design Team to achieve project objectives and meet customer requirements. Manage project design budgets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial targets. Oversee design planning, documentation, and progress reporting.
