The predicted salary is between 47000 - 64000 £ per year.
You will support the Head of Learning and Skills in the development and delivery of an innovative and demand led curriculum portfolio in order to support successful learner outcomes and transition to employment or further study.
This will involve providing professional leadership to the Curriculum team by developing dynamic and forward thinking learning and teaching practices and managing resources in order to ensure a first class learning and teaching experience for students.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, together with relevant experience within a College environment in one or more of the specialisms associated with the curriculum area.
You must be qualified to SVQ Level 3 in plumbing or building services together with current certification in the ACS Domestic suite, Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal Hot Water and Legionella, with relevant industry experience in these areas.
You will have a strong understanding of current qualification structures in these fields and relevant experience in delivering or managing the plumbing, gas, and renewables curriculum within a college environment.
You will have experience in a BPEC Centre Management Representative role for Certification or Services with a record of successful audits.
You will have experience of working with a wide range of partners and have proven ability to manage projects and motivate teams.
You will be able to demonstrate initiative in identifying and developing opportunities for service development whilst engaging key communication, planning and organisational skills.
