We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Unit Manager (SVQ3) to lead our night team and ensure the highest standard of care for our 62 residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for person-centred care, staff development, and continuous improvement.

As Nightshift Unit Manager, you will:? Oversee and support the night team to deliver high-quality care? Provide training and guidance to develop staff skills? Ensure a safe and well-managed environment for residents and staff

We are looking for someone with:? SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)? Experience in elderly care and team leadership? A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
