PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could involve modifications to formulas, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products, or launching new brands. You will enjoy this job if you like leading project teams to solutions and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
You will spend your time leading complex projects autonomously, managing communication with senior stakeholders, and using our Global Project Management Tool (Accolade). We expect you to demonstrate leadership behaviours and build trust across the PCM community and stakeholders.
