Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Domiciliary Care Location: Staines, Ashford, Shepperton, Woking, Walton on Thames, Weybridge, Addlestone Salary: £25-28k Hours: Full-time (Part time office, part time field) Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our domiciliary care team. This role involves supervising care staff, supporting the Care Manager, and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients in the community. The ideal candidate will have previous care experience, be well-organized, and have strong written communication skills to contribute to our paperless office approach. A full, clean driving license is essential for this role as travel across the specified areas is required. Key Responsibilities: Staff Supervision & Support: Conduct regular staff supervisions, appraisals, and ensure ongoing training and development.
